“My wife and I instructed A Dale Builders after receiving a number of quotes from recommended local builders and right from the outset we were so impressed with how thorough and detailed they were. Paul Dale took the time to meet with us and properly understand our vision and his quote was by far the most detailed, breaking down each precise section. We instructed Paul and his team to commence in March/April 2020 and then the covid 19 pandemic hit and with jobs being uncertain we spoke with Paul about putting a hold on the work until we had a better understanding of things. Paul was incredibly understanding and this again was another reason why we would have only used A Dale once we were in a more financially secure position.

Following a lengthy break through lockdown we got back in contact and planned a new start date of September 2020. We were so impressed with the speed and efficiency of the team and Paul was on site most days to discuss progress and next steps, together with being very responsive on the phone.

The timeline Paul put in place was absolutely spot on and if anything the guys were ahead of schedule which was great news as Christmas 2020 was our planned end date. Every potential obstacle was always discussed with us and a plan put in place to overcome anything that might crop up. This was very reassuring to us and is all down to the level of planning Paul and the team carry out. The entire team made what could have been an incredibly stressful time, manageable with excellent dialogue and communication throughout the whole process. We are delighted with the end result and are now thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen/diner and living space.
