What's the process?

• If you are updating your kitchen, please provide us with your kitchen design before we come to visit. We have trade relationships with a number of local kitchen suppliers – please get in touch for more information
• Remember that reconfiguring an area like a kitchen is likely to result in services such as plumbing and electrics to be relocated, or indeed require additional services. These are services that we will cover for you but ask that you have a think about this as part of your planning process
• Get in touch and let us know what you are looking to achieve. We will then arrange to come and visit your property to talk through your plans and ideas
• Once we have met with you to understand the full scope of your works we will provide a fully costed quote, listing everything that is included in the price so there are no surprises
• We would be delighted if you decide to appoint us to work with you to make your project a reality!
• We can then agree a timeframe, project schedule and contract/agreement – this helps us formalise scope of works, timescales and payment timetable amongst other things
• From Day 1 of your project we will be in regular contact, keeping you updated on progress, providing guidance and working with you to make decisions along the way
